Adventure Queensland (AQ) is thrilled to announce the dates for the highly anticipated industry-led events. The Adventure Tourism Awards and Youth Tourism Conference will be held at our favourite venue on the Gold Coast on November 6th and 7th 2024.

AQ is dedicated to showcasing and honouring exceptional tourism experiences, individuals, and destinations within this vibrant and essential sector. Previously, in 2018 and 2019, AQ introduced the Adventure Tourism Awards and Youth Tourism Conference, garnering widespread acclaim across Australia and New Zealand.

In 2023, the industry-led awards program makes its triumphant comeback in a special one-time format, aptly themed ‘SURVIVOR’. It’s an opportunity for industry members to come together and celebrate our resilience – for persevering through unprecedented challenges, the entire youth and adventure industry deserves acknowledgment.

Alongside the awards ceremony, the half-day Youth Tourism Conference promises an array of engaging presentations designed to inspire discussion and provide valuable insights into the latest technological advancements, marketing trends and initiatives driving sustainability in the industry.

Save the dates, 6th and 7th November 2024, as we unite to recognise excellence, foster innovation, and chart the course for a prosperous future in youth and adventure tourism.

Adventure Queensland AQ could not be more excited for the return of the Adventure Tourism Awards and Youth Tourism Conference in November. We have some great speakers lined up for you this year and a format that invites us all simply to celebrate our very survival.
